FAQ

Which barcode standard should I choose?

Use Code 128 for inventory, logistics, and internal IDs; Code 39 for equipment and assets; EAN-13, EAN-8, or UPC-A for packaging previews.

Can EAN or UPC check digits be added automatically?

Yes. EAN-13 accepts 12 or 13 digits, EAN-8 accepts 7 or 8 digits, and UPC-A accepts 11 or 12 digits. If one digit is missing, the check digit is filled locally in the browser.

Is barcode content uploaded?

No. Barcode content, settings, and generated results are processed only in this browser.
